Grandpa Birthday Dinner

Today I went for my grandpa's birthday's dinner. Went over to this restaurant in Subang Village near the Subang Airport. Sunny Seafood Restaurant. Aww.. the place damn sux ler~ All the food tasted sooo bad. Fish and meat aare so raw that it couldn't be eaten. *_* SUX!! Here is the list of dishes ordered: Steamed Chicken Steamed Fish Streamed Pork Ribs Hakka-Fried Pork Tofu SharkFin Petai (Smelly beans) with minced meat, without chillis Baku Vege, without chillis Longevity Noodles All these dishes are even worse than home cooked. The steamed chicken was ok, the fish was too raw and tasted fishy, and the pork rib was too raw too. Hakka-Fried Pork was ok, and the Tofu Sharkfin was.. eww.. its like all mixed up together. The petai and the baku vege should be cooked with sambal as those are Malay dishes, without sambal it tasted really badly. I know it is not going to taste good so I didn't even touch those dishes. Rumours says those dishes are cooked without sambal is because of my uncle. The only thing I like is just the longevity noodles. This restaurant really sux ler~ We waited for sooo long then only the dishes arrives, and the food tasted sooo badly. I wonder who ordered these dishes.. all these are normal dishes where it can be cooked at home. If it is a birthday dinner, can't we order more special things? I have done my say. Thank you.

About love - again

It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return, but what is most painful is to love someone and never finding the courage to let the person know how you feel. Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we should know how to be grateful for that gift. Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion, the romance - and you find out you still care for that person. A sad thing about life is when you meet someone that means a lot to you, only to find out in the end, that it was never bound to be and you just have to let go. When one door of happiness closes, another opens but often we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us. The best kind of friend is the one you could sit on a porch, and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like that was the best conversation you've had. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back, don't expect love in return, just wait for it to grow in their hearts but if it doesn't, be content it grew in yours. There are things you love to hear but you would never hear it from the person from whom you would like to hear it, but don't be deaf to hear it from the person who says it with his heart. Never say goodbye when you still want to try , never give up when you still feel you can take it, never say you don't love that person anymore when you can't let go. Love comes to those who still hope, even though they've been disappointed, to those who still believe , even though they've been betrayed, need to love those who still love even though they've been hurt before.

Diary 26-08-2005

Was damn tired for very long. Slept very late and woke up very early most of the times. Slept in class always. Maybe used to it, yesterday I slept quite a lot. Took a 3 hour nap and slept at 1.30am yesterday. Felt good when woke up in the morning. Haven't been feeling this fresh for a long time; and I yet I had a hard time getting off the bed. It is like heaven~! Well, if someone was on the bed with me, it would really be heaven! Although was fresh in the morning, I was still late for class. There was a test going on too! I got there half an hour late, and I managed to finish the questions before time. It's the subjet I'm best in, Introduction to OOP (the JAVA programming). Haha... Then Electronics lecture. The lecturer which is not so liked caused he doesn't really handle his whatever-is-it well. Well, if your have read my previous post, he is the one who told us how dinosaur extinct. Check back June 2005 archive. OK. We had a electronics test last tuesday, and that test has made me almost gone mad! Well, mostly is because I didn't know how to solve the questions. Some very important part of the paper, AC analysis of a BJT and a FET transistor. I stared at the tutorials for so long then only I got to know how it worked. And I am yet to know how they really worked. About today, he gave us back the test paper for us to mark. My course rep was like, "WHAT? Ask us to mark?" And the complaints continues. Actually I don't think he is that bad. It's just that the way he handle stuffs are... different. Well, he did made me knew how lecturer give marks on our exam papers today. So, I guess there is a praise from me. Not to give too much negative thinkings. It does affect studies. Lunch hour today was nice. It rained. The canteen was a bit dark. I suggested a candle light lunch. Ooo... well, we didn't really lid candle. We just sat there eat out lunch enjoying the cool breeze, and some water drizzle into our food. JiaYin has a nice game on her 7610, its a mosquitoe whacking game, which it uses your camera view as background, and place mosquitoes onto the virtual map, and requires you to move your phone like a gun, to shoot the mosquitoe. So, its like you'll have to move your camera up down left right to find them, and kill them. What a game. Really have to praise the game maker. Circuit & Signal tutorial class. Drizzling outside. It will feel so nice to sleep. Yawnz... OK, concentrate on tutorial. I'm damn left out in this subject also. Now only got to know how to solve the phasor circuit properly. Sad. Well, cheerz cause know how to solved already. ^^ Something happened. TWH, a guy we don't really like in out course, he took off his shirt in class! I was like WTF. I didn't really noticed that when he did that. But then yeoh suddenlly told me that I'm lost. I was wandering what have I lost. When I looked behind I was really like... WTF OMG GTH. The reason I was lost cause I joked I wanted to strip when we was in canteen after our meal for the air was so breezy. Ewww... get lost la you TWH~ Then, went over to Mid Valley to watch All About My Dog, a jap movie all about my dogs. Its damn nice, and damn sad. I cried a lot in the movie. All dog owners really should watch this... Ahh.. ok, I'm sleepy already. Talk to you next time k? Bloggie...

Yes, dear

It would appear that men now have a good excuse for what women call "selective" deafness. You see, according to the recent scientific research, men have little control over their lack of listening powers when it comes to female voice, simply because the male brain finds it difficult to process "complex female tones". adapted from StarTwo 22 August 2005, written by mary schneider in but then again

Some wonderful words

Read Carefully and Understand the Meanings: Nobody is perfect until you fall in love with them. Love starts with a smile, grows with a kiss, and ends with a tear. Don't cry over anyone who won't cry over you. What do you do when the only person who can make you stop crying is the person who made you cry? If love isn't a game, why are there so many players? Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget. You can only go as far as you push! Actions speak louder than words. The hardest thing to do is watch the one you love, love somebody else. Don't let the past hold you back, you're missing the good stuff. Life's short. If you don't look around once in a while you might miss it. A best friend is like a four leaf clover, hard to find and lucky to have. Some people make the world special by just being in it. Best friends are the siblings God forgot to give us. When it hurts to look back, and you're scared to look ahead, you can look beside you and your best friend will be there. True friendship never ends. Friends are forever. Good friends are like stars....you don't always see them, but you know they are always there. Don't frown, you never know who is falling in love with your smile. Everything is okay in the end. If it's not okay, then it's not the end. Most people walk in and out of your life, but only friends leave footprints in your heart. If u love something...let it go. If it comes back to you its yours.... If it doesn't then it never was. A kiss is just a kiss until u find the one you love. A hug is just a hug>until its from the one ur thinking of. A dream is just a dream until u make it come tru. LOVE is just a word until its proven 2 u. To realize The value of a sister Ask someone Who doesn't have one. To realize The value of ten years: Ask a newly Divorced couple. Hazie

Hie guyz. There has been a long time since I have posted something here, something personal, something which I wrote myself. Well, I have been busy. Busy with dating, matchmaking, listening songs, last-minute-jobs, and wasting time.
15 July 2005 9.57 a.m., I’m on bus on the way to college. Felt bored. I took out my mp3 player. Plug on and played. The left side of the earphone spoilt. WTF. Playing “一秒感动 - 王菀之”. When I looked up and see through the bus window, I couldn’t really see the peak of KLCC clearly, because it is covered with white clouds. White clouds? What happened to KL? I took another look; it was grayish haze, canopying KL. Is KL sick? Well, I guess it isn’t just KL who is sick. I’m sick too. Love sick, anti-college sick, sleep sick, blog sick… Last week I got sick. I was too tired and I slept late. Caught a sore throat, a huge fever, back brain migraine, and left arm ligament ache. Now I’m still infested with flu and cough. My nose is in worse condition. All inner skin was damaged by the body heat, and I keep peeling off the dead skin… Is that why I’m still sick? My acne is worse. It’s like my whole forehead is covered with dark spots here and there. How can such a handsome guy be infested with such dark spots on his face? What a shame. Used whitening scrub. Patiently waiting for result.
The weather has been bad. Haze has been covering KL. The stupid Indons burn forest at Sumatera. They burn because they want to plant stuffs for Hari Raya and Chinese New Year. If they burn now, the ashes will be their fertilizer and it will be just in time to harvest the items when its celebration time. They are so selfish. The haze has actually struck us for many years; it is just that it was not as serious as this time. I still remember there was once; I think should be in 1997, when I was in primary 5, the weather was damn bad too. We have to like, wear only a special mask namely N95 if I’m not mistaken. It was so scary. The API reached 500++ back then. At least it didn’t reach that bad this time. Just that feeling you are in Genting Highland surrounded by smoky-burnt-wood haze doesn’t feel good. Taking all the short breaths, activity got limited, and getting yourself in a supposingly a heavenly hazy surrounding but with foul smell is just so off. Thank god there is masks, and rain, and wind. Now the haze has been blown away. But I kind of feel sad for the people. Why do we have to suffer what other people have done? It is so unfair.

What 'Love' is all about..

I want to share this to all those who have loved and been hurt, those who haven't loved at all and those who are just about to discover the beauty of this dynamic emotion. When you think of your past love, you may view it as a failure. But when you find a new love, you view the past as a teacher. In the game of love,it doesn't really matter who won or who lost. What is important is you know when to hold on and when to let go! You know you really love someone when you want him or her to be happy, even if his or her happiness means that you're not part of it. Everything happens for the best. If the person you love doesn't love you back, don't be afraid to love someone else again, for you'll never know unlessyou give it a try. You'll never truly love a person you love unless you RISK FOR LOVE. Love strives in hurting. If you don't get hurt, you don't learn how to love. Love doesn't hurt all the time, though the hurting is still there to test you and to help you grow. Don't find love, let love find you. That's why it's called falling in love because you don't force yourself to fall. You just fall. You cannot finish a book without closing its chapters. If you want to go on, then you have to leave the past as you turn the pages. Love is not destroyed by a single failure nor won by a single caress. It is a lifetime venture in which we arealways learning, relearning, discovering, rediscovering, and growing. The greatest irony of love is LETTING GO WHEN YOU WANT TO HOLD ON and HOLDING ON WHEN YOU NEED TO LET GO. We lose someone we love only when we are destined to find someone else who can love us even more than we can love ourselves. On falling out of love, take some time to heal and then get back on the horse. But don't ever make the same mistake of riding the same one that threw you the first time. To love is to risk rejections; to hope is to risk failure; to reach for another is to risk involvement; to expose your feelings is to expose your true self; to love is to risk not to be loved in return. Butisn't it living is to risk of dying? Risk must be taken because THE GREATEST HAZARD IN LIFE IS RISKING NOTHING! How to define love: fall but do not stumble, be constant but not too persistent, share and never be unfair, understand and try not to demand, hurt but never keep the pain. Love is like a knife. It CAN STAB THE HEART but it also CAN CARVEWONDERFUL IMAGES INTO THE SOUL THAT LAST FOR A LIFETIME! Love is supposed to be the most wonderful feeling. It should inspire you and give you joy and strength. But sometimes the things that give you joy can also hurt you in theend. Loving people means giving them the freedom that they choose to be and where they choose to be. For all the heartaches and the tears, for gloomy days and fruitless years, you should give thanks, for you know, that these were the things which helped you grow. Loving someone means giving him the freedom to find his way, whether it leads towards you or away from you. When you give your heart to someone, you're also giving him or her the power to tear and break your heart into pieces. Love is a painful risk to take but the risk must be taken no matter how scary or painful, for only then you'll experience the fullness of humanity and that is LOVE. Only love can hurt your heart, fill you with desire and tear you apart. Only love can make you cry and only love knows why. If you're not ready to cry, if you're not ready to take the risk, if you're not ready to feel the pain, then you're not ready to fall in love. There was a time in our lives when we became afraid to fall in love because every time we do, we get hurt, then I figured that's why it is called falling in love...

Why we love someone

All life represents a risk, and the more lovingly we live our lives the more risks we take.....

You love someone with or without them you just continue to love them
No one can replace them forever
You love someone for who they are
You love someone without asking for anything in return
You love them not because you want to be with them but because you can't live without them
Your love to them will never change even when they are not with you
You always wish to see them happy
You love them forever even when you don't have them you still love them and that never goes less.

You are an angel and I but a mere mortal.
We are worlds apart. I must love you from a distance.
When it rains, look to the sky and think of the drops of water as tears from angels.

If I ever saw an angel, it was in your eyes.
The angel of love will fill your heart and you will have all you seek in time to come.
Twinkling stars, too many to count, like angels in heaven.

Love is the salutation of the angel to the stars.

What a day...

Been through a somewhat strange and interesting day. In the morning, i ate breakfast, fry egg and hotdog. Damn nice. Then, I attended "Circuit & Signal" 1 hour lecture, I felt asleep for the 1st half an hour. BREAK RECORD! Haven't been sleeping for so long. Then at lunch time, I ate a plate of mixed rice, then I ate a plate of Char Kuey Teow, at the college canteen. Well, since its a canteen, the food is just edible. Not really nice. I think it's maybe I ate good breakfast. Haha... Then, "Engineering Mathematics 3" 2 hours lecture, and again, I slept for 1st half hour. I think its because recently have been sleeping late (2am++) and waking up early (7am++). Aiks, need to sleep early tonight liao. Then, when I'm getting on bus, I met one of my old female friend. Since we are going back to the same train station, we go together. After arrived in Sogo (we'll have to change to KTM to go back home), she said she want to spend me for a meal. Well, we decided to have McDonalds, then we went walk walk in Sogo. She said that is the 1st time she's in Sogo after 2 week passing by the area. Aiks... So, I brought her around and we end up in the arcade. We played till 7 something, after we have finish our tokens, we went back. Surprisingly she asked me, how to use the ticket vending machine, after like 2 weeks traveling to college by train. Aiks... After that when we reach Kepong, she offered to fetch me home (her parents drive la). Unluckily, we encountered SUPER TRAFFIC JAM in Kepong Baru. 1 single lane can turn into 3 lanes, and the 3rd lane is occupying the opposite lane. What the... What a day... HAHA...

Found a GREAT place of sharing things ~NEW~

Hey, I found some place which shares things to us. Its actually encouragements sharings. So, if you finds that you are depressed or you need encouragements, come here. This is my pet sister's blog. Be there if you need support!
Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room.

One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room's only window.

The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.

The men talked for hours on end.

They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation.

Every afternoon when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window. The man in the other bed began to live for those one-hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.

The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats.

Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance. As the man by the window described all this in exquisite detail, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine the picturesque scene.

One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade
passing by.

Although the other man couldn't hear the band - he could see it. In his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.

Days and weeks passed.

One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had
died peacefully in his sleep. She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.

As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.

Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed..

It faced a blank wall. The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window.

The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall. She said, "Perhaps he just wanted to encourage
you."

Epilogue:

"There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations"

"Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled"

"If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy"

"Today is a gift, that's why it is called the present."

The origin of this letter is unknown, but it brings good luck to everyone who passes it on.

Do not keep this letter..

Just forward it to your friends to whom you wish good luck.

You will see that something good happens to you four days from today.

Your Birthdate: September 13
Being born on the 13th day of the month should help make you a better manager and organizer, but it may also give you a tendency to dominate people a bit. You may be more responsible and self-disciplined than you realize. Sincere and honest, you are a serious, hard working individual. Your feeling are likely to seem somewhat repressed at times. You are apt to be much more practical, rational, and conscious of details. Your intolerance and insistence on complete accuracy can be irritating to some.
Your Brain is 60.00% Female, 40.00% Male
Your brain is a healthy mix of male and female You are both sensitive and savvy Rational and reasonable, you tend to keep level headed But you also tend to wear your heart on your sleeve

Masks, Dramas, Human Feelings

Here's a comment written to my pet brother's blog. Please visit here to see the original post.
Dear didi, Everyone has their own secrets which they do not want to reveal to everyone in the world. Its like playing a card game, where you do not reveal all your card/show hand at once u duel with your opponent. I have some so-called dark side I haven't told you, which I would like to share with you soon, when time comes. As you see in some movies, people hid their feelings under a happy face, because some of them are really desperately needed to be hidden. For example, what will you do if you found out that your best friends is not like what you see them, and is totally 180 degrees different when you are not with them? "Life is but a masquerade, One which we are forced to play, We don our mask and play our parts, Unable to say what's in our hearts. The stage is set as the curtain rises, And so begins another day, The people come onstage with perfect faces, Though tormented by the parts they play. So many things still unsaid, Silet in these sufferings, Yet this part has to be played, Forever bound by puppet strings Traped in a mental cage, In this silence suffocating, Crying behind the stage, Behind this mask slowly dying. Bound by chains unseen, Kept in invisible captivity, Waiting for the changing of scenes, Waiting to be free..." I got this poem from a friend, he wrote it when he was feeling sad. Althought I don't really understands what he would like to portray, the basic meaning is there. Life is like a stage drama. I have some suggestion on what you should do. First, you should no be stressed out by this so-called problems. It's happenning every second. Even you have something you do not want to tell other people right? Secondly, if you really want to help them to have the feeling of the happy colour without the mask, you really need to get close to him or her, even if you do, he/she might not have tell you everything. Convince him/her that you'll understand and really help them to try solve the problems. Finally, really give true smiles to everyone and hugs to those whom you care. Althought it might not be significant, at least it will somehow make their day.
Remember, do smile always, make someone's day better, you will feel better. ^.^

Why dinasour extinct

You must wonder why I suddenly come up with this. Actually, my lecturer told me this. Althought we must have heard they extinct because comet dropped on earth. Yes. That's the main cause. But wat happen after the comet crash is what should be paid attention. Scientists discovered large crate (holes left by comet) in the sea, this proves that the comet really dropped on earth. In many writings, they says earth has been through Ice Age. It's true. Now, let me explain. Comet crashed on earth at high speed and extream heat, reaching 5000˚c, which is far hotter than earth's highest melting point object, diamond, which is merely 3500˚c. So, basically all object melted when the comet crashed. The vaporation of the melted object in form of dusts and carbons covered the whole atmosphere, thus sunlight could not warm the earth. And then, the Ice Age begins. So, as the explanation goes, do you think dinasours are able to survive in 5000˚c? If they happen to be at the other side of the world, could they survive at a temperature way below 0˚c? What do they at to survive when plants even died? So, they extinct. Then, another age begins. Wow, looks like something in "The Day After Tomorrow". ^.^

State 4 of College - State Starts

Urghh.. After 6 weeks of unplanned holidays ended, I found myself having a hardcore timetable for my 4th semester in college. Ahhhh!! Okay, on the 1st day, still okie ler... First class, Circuits & Signals's practical class. Oh Shit. How can we have practical on the first day? Well, we had. The teacher haven't even introduce himself, he gave us the lab manual and ask us to do the experiment already. Well, luckily I paid attention 300+ days ago, cause that is the continuation of the subject I learnt - "Basic Electronics". So, plugging here soldering there, we managed to do the experiment. Well, as it's on the first day, all equiptments we did not bring. So, we had to borrow from school. Ahh well, it's ok thou. Next time must remember to bring the DMM (Digital Multi-Meter). Then, lunch time ^.^ I had my usual mixed rice, and damn the canteen, the mixed rice price got up too. It's RM1.90!! It was 10 cents cheaper! Well, the food aren't that good, and aren't that clean, that's why I'm whining. Then, a must-take subject ordered by the government - "Tamadun Islam dan Asia", literaly means "Islamic and Asian Civilization". So, got to know the teacher, then she was talking about how good Islam is, how was back then, why the people were fighting in Jeruselam of Pakistan (erm. actually, all of them have the same belief, just that the different prophet conducted different message, and people got more selfish). Erm, the teacher told lots of stuff. I hope the information is correct, and I think is good that the government enforce that. Yay... 1st day of 2nd year of 1st semester ended. Felt great~ ^^ Looking forward for tomorrow~ ^^

Blog Competition

<<>> Sad... Sometimes I wonder, is my blog attractive? Keeping a log about one's life is that easy? Writing blog is cool? Oh shit, what am I crapping here? Huuh... Just felt stupid for keeping a blog when no one reads it. Hmm... Playing Now << 手放开 - 李圣杰 >> Huuh... Added some features in my blog, Google search, Google ads, Bravenet Counter, changed layout... Should I spend time create my own template? Haizz... I'll do it sometime, not now. College starting soon. All the honeymoon memories will be kept in mind. Hopefully the missing-someone part will be much enlightening then burdoning.
